Please bring your own mat and a mask. \n*A committed Ashtanga yoga practitioner for over 4 years\, Denise uses the daily practice to inspire herself and others that there is a well inside of limitless possibility. When migraines and severe allergies consumed her life years ago\, she decided there must be a better way to live regardless of what other sources may say. Through plant-based eating and regular Baptiste style yoga\, she was able to just barely begin to unravel her feelings of sickness and also of being overworked and uninspired in her stressful day to day. Through an in-depth 200hr teacher training at Moksha Yoga Studios completed in 2014\, her world opened up to the rich philosophy that the traditional yoga teachings provide. She continues her regular study as an apprentice in the Ashtanga Mysore room at yogaview under master teacher Alexia Bauer. \nIn class\, you will experience full integrity of the physical postures\, ease of the breath and tools to explore the inner self. Denise aims to guide each individual towards discovering his or her vital potential in a safe\, progressive and nurturing environment.
